Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotion materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

    Eligibility:

  1. This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), aged 18 years or over. Excludes employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary as described below. Internet access required. Retain packaging and receipt showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of entry.
  3. Main Promotional Period: The main promotion opens at 09.00 BST time on 01.04.24 and closes for qualifying purchases at 23:59 BST on 30.06.24. Weekly (Monday to Sunday) and a monthly draw will take place across the Main Promotional Period. Purchases must be made, and online entries completed within this period. Entries received after the Main Promotional Period closing date will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw.
  4. Wrap Up Draw Period: There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 10.10.24 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 01.07.24 and 23:59 on 30.09.24 (“Wrap Up Draw”). All entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Period will be ineligible and will not be entered into the draw.

How to enter:

  1. To enter prize draws, participants must purchase a promotional pack of Harvest Snaps during the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Period whilst stocks last and subject to availability. Full list of participating Harvest Snaps Multipack products:

  2. Entrants are then required to visit harvestsnapshappy.co.uk and enter the 8 digit unique code, full name, mobile telephone number and valid email address (which is accessible throughout the Promotion) to be entered into the corresponding prize draw. The unique code can be found inside packs, printed on the inside of the front panel and is 8 digits long.
  3. All entrants during the Main Promotional Period will also be invited to claim a 3-month Happy Place App trial. Trial can be cancelled at anytime up to at least one day before each renewal date. The subscription auto renews until cancelled. Valid credit or debit card details required to register.
  4. Each unique code can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
  5. Maximum of 1 entry per week per person across both the Main Promotional Period and the Wrap Up Draw Period.
  6. All valid entries will be eligible for the corresponding weekly or monthly prize draw during the Main Promotional Period.
  7. Maximum of one prize may be won per person during the Main Promotional Period. Max of one prize to be won per person in the Wrap Up Draw. Maximum of one gift per person
  8. Entry requires the purchase of a participating pack of Harvest Snaps during the Main Promotional Period and/or the Wrap Up Draw Period. Please retain receipt for each individual entry, as this will be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note receipts must pre-date the entry and purchases must be made during either promotional period. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  9. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  10. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  11. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Prizes

  1. Prize draws: There are 10 prizes to be won during the Main Promotional Period in 10x draws, 1x prize available to be won per weekly or monthly draw:

  2. Wrap Up Draw prizes:

The subscription auto renews until cancelled at least one day before renewal date. Valid credit or debit card details required to register. No commitment, cancel at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the subscription will end at the close of the 6-month validity period and automatically renews until cancelled using payment details provided at app store.

Happy Place Festival Weekend Breaks

  1. Prize package for 2 adults (winner and guest 18+) includes: Return train travel from mainland GB rail station to Manchester; return private station transfers in Manchester to hotel; 1 night’s hotel accommodation in Manchester on 31.08.24, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a double or twin room, including breakfast; tickets to Happy Place Festival at Tatton Park on 31 August 2024 and 1st September 2024. Return transfers from hotel to festival site on both days.
  2. Standard train travel available from mainland rail stations in the GB only; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Hotel will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. All prize elements are subject to availability; The prizes must be taken from 31 August – 1 September 2024. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the prizes cannot be altered or amended. Both travellers must be aged 18 or over. The prizes exclude meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd (www.element-london.com). The prize package must be taken as a whole, train travel and hotels cannot be redeemed separately.   3. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative to the prizes or part of the Happy Place Festival Weekend Break prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

Main Promotional Period Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

All eligible entrants during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the corresponding weekly or monthly draw for a chance to win 1 of 10 Happy Place Festival Weekend Beak by a randomised computer process. All draws will be made on the Wednesday following each week of the Main Promotional Period, commencing 01.05.24 and ending 03.07.24. A redraw is held if the original winner previously won a Main Promotional Period prize. Further details are outlined below:

  3. Winners will be notified by SMS to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date. This SMS will include a URN to quote when they claim their prize. The winners will be required to respond with URN and upload proof of purchase and image of unique code to the email address supplied (winner@harvestsnapshappy.com) and must confirm acceptance of their prize and proof of ID to verify age within 14 days of initial contact. County of residence will be requested from Happy Place Festival Weekend Break prize winners for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and packaging in the event that they are needed for further verification. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of initial contact, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice after which any remaining prizes will be deemed forfeited. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner. Upon valid claim and the completion of the verification process, winners will be contacted by the Prize Provider to arrange their booking within 14 days via email or mobile phone.

Wrap Up Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim:

  1. The 10x annual subscriptions to Happy Place App will be randomly drawn by computer process first from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw period on 10.10.24.. A redraw is held if the original winner previously won a wrap up draw prize.
  2. Winners will be contacted via SMS to the mobile number used on entry on 10.10.24 and will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize, eligibility and confirm email address within 14 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, are ineligible or reject their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. The process will repeat twice and if a prize is not claimed after this process, the prize will be null and void. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their connections to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Upon receipt of a valid claim and after the completion of the verification process, prize winners will be receive their prize via email within 28 days.

Gift – Happy Place App 3 month trial subscription

  1. All entrants between during the Main Promotional Period of 09:00 BST 01.04.24 – 23:59 30.06.24 will also be eligible to claim a 3-month trial subscription to the Happy Place App. Following entry, all entrants will be shown a code on-screen Entrants will be able to click the link to download the relevant version of the app, and enter the code “Harvest” in the discount code box on the Happy Place App. . Trials will be limited to one per person. Trials are valid until 30.06.24. No commitment, cancel at any time up to at least one day before each renewal date. Plan automatically renews until cancelled using payment details provided at app store. Entrants acknowledge that the 3-month trial is subject to Happy Place terms and conditions available at App - Terms & Conditions | Happy Place (happyplaceofficial.co.uk). For the avoidance of doubt, the free trial will end at the close of the 3-month validity period and must be cancelled to stop future payments

General Information

  1. Prizes/gifts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. The winner and their guest (18+) must travel together on the same train to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel for the weekend break prizes.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to further verify all entries and the winners including but not limited to asking proof of purchase, packaging and/or name and address (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and to refuse to award a prize/gift or withdraw prize/gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  3. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotion matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. A list of the Happy Place Festival Weekend Break Winners’ surnames and their counties of residence will be available by emailing info@calbee.co.uk within 3 months of the Main Promotion Period closing. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@calbee.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  5. Winners may be requested, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. The Promoter may request to use a winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity, and such use is made only after express written consent of a winner.
  6. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes/gifts, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  7. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  9. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
  10. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
  11. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Promotion parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner the Promoter reasonably considers to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
  15. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the secure transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and/or its agents for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent (e.g. conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services).
